Living Circle is a group of 5 villas located in Yelagiri in Tamil Nadu catering to family & group travellers. They are 4-star independent villas: The Ruby Park 5BHK Villa; The Forest Creek 3BHK; The Forest Mist 4BHK; The Forest Grove 3BHK; The Forest Fern 2BHK.
Challenges Faced
- Difficulty was in managing properties, bookings & operations as the villas are in different locations
- Needed to connect their OTA platforms to a single dashboard to avoid overbooking and keep the track of upcoming arrivals
- They weren’t able to keep a track of all the bookings, guest details and payment transactions
- They wanted to be less dependent on OTAs and focus on generating more direct bookings
- Flexibility to manage everything from any location and no dependency to be present on site
Solutions & Results

- Property Management System helped them to keep the track of upcoming arrivals and guest details and status of their stay

- Also, after check-out they can ask the concern person for housekeeping, who uses Housekeeping feature to update the room status between Clean/Dirty
- Next their focus was to generate more direct bookings from Google & website so we developed booking engine page for each Villa
- They wanted to avoid No show so our Payment Gateway helped them to collect payments in advance from the guests and keep the track of all transactions
- Also, they can access all the 5 Villas from single login and get an overall glimpse of status & activities going on around them
