Indigo Bahay offers business & leisure travelers a wide selection of chic and curated apartments in Makati, outskirts of Manila, capital of Philippines. These apartments give its visitors an alternate to regular hotels by giving more opportunities to experience a homely environment combined with local culture and cuisine. The residences are all scattered around the city near major commercial and business centers, with convenient transport options and local attractions.
Indigo Bahay apartments is a group of 59 apartments scattered through the city. Each of the apartment had a separate listing on Booking.com, Airbnb and other OTAs. The apartment owners were faced with a big challenge on how to manage and price these apartments in a centralized and convenient manner.
There was a need for a software which could maintain all the apartments on one platform, connect with several OTA listings centrally, reduce dependence on manual work and at the same time, maximize and optimize revenues.
The owners met Aiosell online (through a video product demo) and decided to partner with Aiosell in Dec 2019. The Aiosell team organized all the apartments of Aiosell into a centralized login account, providing different codes for each apartment. Moreover, the relative difference between each apartment was established, so that all prices could be fully dynamically managed.
Rates were calculated in a fully automated manner multiple times a day using several dynamic factors like day of week, time of day, booking window & seasons and automatically pushed to different OTA accounts (booking.com & Airbnb) in a fully automated manner.
The owners also used Reporting modules of Aiosell to keep track of important KPIs to improve hotel performance along with detailed Analytics in Aiosell to further enhance their pricing strategy.
Indigo Bahay saved thousands of man-hours & improved efficiency due to Aiosell, they also improved both Occupancy and Revenues by 30% within the first few months of association of Aiosell.
